Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-01

The short version

Playset is a free, unofficial fan project. Use it fairly, don’t abuse it, and understand that card games and their content belong to their publishers, not to us.

What Playset is

playset.pro and the network’s game sites provide card databases, deck building, and collection tools for trading card games. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep data accurate and the sites available, but we do not guarantee either.

Your account

One Playset ID covers the whole network. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping its credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — scraping at disruptive rates, attempting to break authentication, spamming shared content, or impersonating others. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account settings; what that does and does not remove is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

Decks, collections, and other content you create remain yours. By publishing a deck or other content publicly, you grant us the right to display it on the network. We may remove public content that is unlawful, hateful, or spam.

Telling us something is wrong

Every game site has a Report form. Use it to report a deck or a profile, which needs you signed in, or to correct wrong card data, which does not. We read what arrives and act on it; we do not promise a reply to every report, and a pattern of reports that turn out to be a campaign is itself grounds for suspension.

Rights-holder claims are a different channel with different commitments — see the takedown process.

Intellectual property

Card names, card images, game rules, and related material are the property of their respective publishers. Playset is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Rights holders can request removal of material via the takedown process.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the network after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
